Craig Kise oversees GCG’s data breach response matters, for which he works closely with insurance providers and law firms throughout the data breach notification process.  During his tenure at GCG, Mr. Kise has been instrumental in recruiting, training and managing contact center teams ranging from 10 to 500 agents for the hundreds of administration projects handled by GCG’s 60,000-square-foot Mail, Call and Processing Center in Dublin, Ohio.  His extensive hands’ on experience with complex contact center and intake and dissemination projects ensures matters of all sizes are handled discreetly and in a timely fashion.

Mr. Kise brings over 20 years of management experience with him to GCG.  Prior to joining GCG, Mr. Kise worked for a Fortune 1000 company where he managed a multi-faceted National Account Team responsible for business development support, financial account management, as well as all aspects of customer service.
